Just to let you know its still my birthday till this weekend!! So as I have been saying to the MULTITUDES that have been sending me belated birthday greetings - my wall is still open to Birthday wishes only till weekend. Uhuh!
Again I am 40 YEARS old and the best compliment I've been receiving is that I DONT look 40!! Don't we all want to be told we look younger than we are?!!
I started my day with a 12 KM walk to my favourite place: Caversham along the River Thames!! I had a beautiful time by myself just meditating and being thankful for life!
So not only did I eat, I also burned some calories!!🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃
It was after all this that I then went to indulge in some yummiest;; New place open in Reading called "Creams" Lax Manyex too me there for a birthday treat!
