I know who I am. So I run my own RACE

When all your clothes shrink , don't you just hate it!! I happen to have one particular faithful dress that does not shrink. I don't know why. Lol
Any  last night my friends and I went for   Dinner at the Lovely Forbury's Reasturant and Wine bar here in Reading. It is such a beautiful place so I suggest for us to dress up, only to realise when I got home and tried on all my beautiful dresses that they had all SHRUNK. Except for this particular dress! When one of my friends asks me what I was wearing and I told her I was wearing my faithful dress, she shockingly said oh No, please don't. You wore this dress recently in Paris, you wore it for your birthday 2 years back! It's everywhere in your pictures! Don't wear it! I laughed!

Isn't it just how the society think though! Especially with this social media! You post a picture on Facebook with certain clothes then you can't wear them again.

I beg to differ.  Who set these rules? Who's idea is this?
I am not what I wear. My value is not in my clothes, neither is it on how many people like or dislike my clothes or my pictures. It is definitely not in how many people follow me on Instagram or how many likes I have on my Facebook page.
I am Myself, I am unique, I am not trying to be someone else. I am running my own race! Life is not a competition. The only competition I have is with myself. To improve myself not to try and be someone else! I LOVE WHO I AM.

I am celebrating life at every stage. LIFE IS WORTH A LIVING. I know who I am. I am who God says I am.

One day at a TIME .......

THE CITY OF LOVE; PARIS 2015- PART 2

You couldn't  conceivably visit Paris without seeing the Eiffel Tower. Even if you don't want to visit this world distinguished structure, You will see its  crowning all over Paris.

My friends and I somehow ended up seeing the Eiffle Tower twice. On a Saturday night, then Sunday Morning  after attending Hillsong Paris Church service. (what a way to start our day). We decided to go for a boat cruise along the River Siene, departing from the Eiffel Tower.

EIFFEL TOWER AT NIGHT.

                                             EIFFEL TOWER AT DAY TIME

The love city , from our boat I managed to take a few beautiful pictures, including this picture  of couples sitting along the  edge of the river!! Beautiful, as they watched the sun set, very romantic.

Yes, winter it is then, for my next visit!...LOL Look at that face...
